Housing located next to the sea of la malvarrosa, located in a typical old holiday house completely restored.
It has a very careful decoration, the terrace kitchen dining area is unique to combine rest and beach. Lots of natural light.
Very well located in front of the supermarket, a step away from the beach, with all the services of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, recreational area.
Bus stop to the historic center 50m from the floor.
It has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, new beds and mattresses.
A bathroom with a large natural stone shower.
The house is all soundproofed, has air conditioning ducts and a beautiful terrace.
It is perfect to enjoy the tranquility of the sea and all the comfort that its surroundings offer.
