Karly, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home comfortable, well-equipped, and appreciated our communication. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify a few inaccuracies. Throughout the stay, no questions or concerns regarding the WiFi, trash disposal, or kitchen supplies were communicated to us. Had they been, we would have gladly assisted. There are three large commercial trash cans located on the property, and ample cleaning supplies, including new sponges, are stocked under the kitchen sink. Our listing pin accurately reflects the location of the home so guests can research the surrounding area prior to booking. Additionally, the reservation disclosed one pet, however two pets were brought to the property. Following this guests departure, extensive damage was discovered to the front door, door jamb, surrounding trim, and drywall as a result of excessive forced entry into the home, resulting in approximately $2,000 in repairs. In over five years of hosting, we have never experienced damage of this magnitude. While we wish Karly the best, based on our experience we would not recommend hosting this guest or recommend her to other hosts.
