The location of our house is perfect for both outdoor activities or downtown visiting! It only takes 5 minutes on foot to East Lake Sammamish Trail, where you can bike, jog, or simply take a walk along the lake with birds chirping and singing! Moreover, we are located right in the boundary of Sammamish and Issaquah city with quick access to both cities. You can also reach Bellevue downtown in 21 minutes and Seattle downtown in 28 minutes by car.


Both outdoor activities and city exploration are easily accessible from our home thanks to its prime location! Take about 5 minutes to walk to East Lake Sammamish Trail, where you may go jogging or biking along the lake and listen to birdsong! In addition, we're close to both Sammamish and Issaquah, making it easy to get around

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer garage and driveway parking. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. ✔ Car Rental ✔ Taxis ✔ Both Lyft & UBER operate in the area If you arrive by car.

Other Things to Note:
We are in a purely residential area and our neighbors are very sensitive to the noise. They will complain and the police will come directly. If our guests violate the rule and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and security deposit will be forfeited.

*. Camera Disclosure: For security and a smooth check-in process, this property is equipped with an outdoor camera at the front door. The device records video of the exterior entry area only. No indoor cameras are installed.
*. Steps disclosure: There is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor. There are 3-4 steps on the main entrance.
*. Parking Disclosure: There are 2 parking spaces in the garage, guests can also park additional cars on the driveway.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
