Beautiful light-filled 3+ bedroom Phinney Ridge home walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street. Custom chef's kitchen, luxury bathroom, office desks and a ping pong table! Relax in the verdant yard, dine under the glass roofed pergola (lovely in the Seattle rain!), and enjoy sunsets / mountain views from the upper deck. We love sharing our beautiful home. It's large enough to comfortably fit a large group, yet maintains an intimate feeling. Enjoy!
There are 3 large bedrooms with queen beds, private workspaces and closets - as well as an additional den with a trundle bed which turns into either a king or two twin beds. The primary bedroom and bath are on the upper level. The middle level has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. The lower level has 2 bedrooms plus an extra den and large full bath. One of the lower level bedrooms has a huge walk-in closet which some families use as a nursery for a cot or a crib. There are 2 or 3 extra floor cots, 2 pack n' play cribs with sheets, and plenty of extra space in the bedrooms as well as common rooms to place the cots or cribs - as well as relax. The long driveway can accommodate 3 cars one behind another, and street parking is very easy as the street is all single family homes on large lots.

It's an incredibly beautiful custom home, built by a woodworker with stunning details throughout and luxury kitchen and baths. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas are designed and furnished to relax and enjoy the open spaces, the gardens and the views. And it's walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.
