About this property

The Blair Iris House - Steps from Brady St!

New listing!! Stunning, beautifully restored, 130 year old single family 4BR, 2BA home, one block from Brady Street, with free garage parking is ready for you. Enjoy dining outside under the shaded pergola or sip your coffee on the patio off the kitchen. Make any meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or easily walk to the amazing restaurants and bars on Brady Street. Stylishly decorated by Blair House Design, this is the perfect launch pad for your Milwaukee adventures!

The Space:
This is a gorgeous, turn of the century house filled with beautiful millwork, original hardwood floors, tall windows in light filled rooms, and vintage art mixed with modern pieces throughout. Sparkling clean, comfortable and cozy bedrooms with memory foam mattresses make for a restful stay. Vanities/desks in two bedrooms are great for working from home or a gorgeous spot to get ready for a big event! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a cozy 4th bedroom on the first floor off the living room, with a queen size, memory foam Murphy bed and an attached full bathroom. There is plenty of space to relax outside on the patio or under the shaded pergola (lit with string lights at night), with ample seating throughout. The spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space is fully stocked and ideal for cooking, while the dining room has a table that seats 8 and is perfect for group meals in a beautiful setting. Comfortable and stylish furniture in the living room, makes for great conversations with friends and family or a relaxing space to binge your next Netflix show.

Perched above the street, there is a set of 10 steps to the backyard entry way off the kitchen. The single car, attached garage with garage door keypad opener can fit a minivan or Honda Pilot or smaller car, with easy street parking for additional vehicles. Location, location, location:
Around the corner from Glorioso's Market on Brady Street, this safe, historically Italian Brady Street neighborhood is quintessential Milwaukee. Beautiful cream city brick homes and turn of the century mansions, alongside apartment buildings and multi unit homes, this historical neighborhood in Milwaukee's Lower East Side, is minutes from downtown, the Milwaukee Art Museum, Lake Michigan and Fiserv Forum (with easy access to highways to get anywhere in and around Milwaukee).

Getting Around:
This centrally located house is within walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bars. Easily walk 1 mile to Lake Michigan or the shops and restaurants in the Third Ward.

One car garage is attached to the house; otherwise it's easy and free street parking, but a permit is required for 4 days or less. Longer than 4 days of street parking requires a permit with a small fee, and I will send all the details after booking. There are bike rentals and public transportation nearby as well.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
