My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we couldn’t ask for a better property. The condo is perfect for couples or small families. Extremely clean and cozy with an excellent view of the beach. The host was excellent and answered every question we had promptly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Vacation!

The property is newly-renovated, open, clean, and literally on the beach with a great view and beach access. The owner is responsive, helpful, gracious, and kind. This property is one of the very best options for Jacksonville Beach, and I'll definitely re-book it when I return to the area.

Amazing communication with the host! Went above and beyond to accommodate the time of day we wanted to check in/out based on our arrival. Gave great recommendations for restaurants, too. Property was just as described and a perfect location for our weekend getaway. Thank you!

Excellent Condo

We completely enjoyed our stay here. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds/bedding, well stocked kitchen, there was a nice variety of items including spices, olive oil, cleaning supplies and nice quality cookware. Scott was very good at communicating and very helpful. We will make this are #1 go-to condo when we come to Jax to see our family.

Perfect getaway

Condo is Beautiful, super clean, upgraded everything. Complete with anything you would need. Communication with host was top notch. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. Perfect balcony views of the sunrise every morning. And it was the perfect weather week with small beach crowd. Would come back to Condo and beach without hesitation.

Great location. Wonderful 3rd floor oceanfront condo. Recently renovated. New appliances, beds and bathroom. 3 large flat screen Smart TV’s. Immediate beach access & nice pool. Responsive owner/property manager. I’ll be back!

When we got there, room was still in repair of sliding door. But Scott, owner of unit arrived shortly after we arrived, and before we had change to call him. He had arranged for us to stay in unit next door owned by a friend of his for the first night and promised we would be reimbursed for one nights stay.

Perfect

Beautiful interior. Freshly renovated with picturesque ocean front view. A front row view of ocean sunrise is medicine for the soul. Unit was super clean and well maintained. Exterior of building and surrounding area could use some TLC but the upgrades of the interior unit more than compensates for the neighborhood. Scott is an excellent host. Super quick to respond. Can’t wait to return. Will definitely here stay again.

Expectations were met and exceeded. Comms with the owner was quick and efficient. Entry was easy. The place was very clean and the location was what we wanted. You're a 20 min walk to Jacksonville Pier (on the beach), a short drive to either Neptune beach or Ponte Vedra and their shops and restaurants. We would return to this spot again.
