This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath Destin vacation rental overlooks the beachfront community pool. It has direct views of Floridaโ€™s natural, protected sand dunes and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you're looking for a real getaway, Destin on the Gulf 204 is perfect for you as it's more secluded and private than many of the greater Destin area condos and beaches.

This condo on the beach has plenty of space for those moments when everyone wants to find their own private corner of paradise and for those moments when everyone wants to gather for a great time together. The open-concept living area is outfitted with ceramic tile. The living area is great for entertainment with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The beachfront balcony is the perfect place to settle in and experience the fantastic sunrises and sunsets of the Emerald Coast. Not to mention the occasional dolphin sightings! The dining area provides plenty of space for all to enjoy memorable meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all you will need if you decide to whip up your own special creations and family recipes.

The master bedroom provides incredible beach views and is perfectly positioned for being lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The full guest bathroom only steps away.

Communication was easy and appreciated with the host. For a beach front condo, we were very disappointed that there were no beach chairs, beach towels and for โ€œfamily friendlyโ€ no beach toys or things to use at the beach. The gate to access the beach was very temperamental and we fought with it to get it open multiple times.

The condo was great! Very conveniently located to the elevator, laundry room (located outside of the condo, but just outside), and the trash chute. Extremely close to the beach an absolute plus. The pool was nice. Nice to be so close to stores. Easy in and out, as well as easy check in and out process.
