This beautiful 3-BR, 2-BA condo is an easy walk to the Beach and Sunset Island’s private Bay beaches and 2 Pools, Interactive Splash Fountains, on-site restaurant, and Fitness Center. This open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen & 4 Smart televisions.

The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, & private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed. A Queen sleep sofa is provided in the Living Room. A full bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers as well.

Travel lighter with our Free Linen & Towel Package which is included & delivered on arrival day. Also, a Beach Cart & 4 Beach Chairs are available for use during your stay. An outside shower is found at the building to rinse off those sandy toes. Bring your sunscreen...sun & fun are waiting for you!

We also provide trash bags, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, and hand pump soaps at every sink.

Sunset Island Registration Fee: This fee is required and included when booking provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**. No passes are needed for ages 3 & under. **Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
