Things to know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great condo!

Very large condo accommodated our party of 8 easily with lots of room for everyone. Recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. Only tiny complaint is that it is facing the road so there was a little road traffic noise. Had a wonderful stay and will book again for another OC trip!

Beautiful unit

Nicest unit we have stayed in in 20 years. Kitchen was well stocked. Really liked having linens and towels supplied to us. This will be our first choice unit next time we come.

Family trip

Very spacious property. Plenty of room to spread out. Large bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Location on coastal highway is a little loud. Wish we had a code instead of a fob to get in the building. It was hard to juggle 6 adults going in different directions with only two fobs. Otherwise it was a fabulous vacation!

Very spacious unit, and very clean! A long walk though to the beach, wish it were closer. Providing the bedding was a nice touch along with a few other amenities. However, the sheets had bluish purple streaks on them, and had to be washed!! Not what we wanted to do on our first day at the beach! Called customer service and they were absolutely no help! We also could not get into the building with the code provided. Customer service's recording told us we had the correct code! Spoke to various owners that told us the code does not work, only the Fob. We had 6 adults and one Fob! Went to Vacasa's office and was told there were no more Fobs! We will not be renting with Vacasa in the future!
