Clean throughout. Everything worked well for us. Just to note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep so something to be careful of with young kids. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to get just about anywhere in Louisville. Would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Loved this cozy home. Host was super responsive, pleasant, and helpful. My only minor complaint is there were not any extra blankets and only the upstairs bedroom has a TV. No TV in any of the other bedrooms. Would rent this home again when visiting my U of L students.

The home was located 4 min from the university pool, so access to and from 6 times was fabulous.Kitchen being open to the dining room was a plus. Coffee and snacks were appreciated.Communication was excellent from the property manager.

Good location for multiple activities. Clean home and nicely decorated. Appreciate the treats and coffee pods. Parking is a bit difficult, there is a driveway, but road is crowded.

The listing was spot on and maybe even better with the master suite upstairs! The house was nice and cool when we arrived. Great location and close to many areas of Louisville and across the river from Indiana.

Great location for our baseball tournament

Great house and location. There were 4 of us. 2 Dads and 2 boys. We played at university of Louisville which was a few minutes away. House was clean and the host responded very fast to a minor issue. Would stay here again.

Clean, Convenient. It was nice to have three bedrooms. Super nice upstairs bedroom with garden tub. Steps to upstairs bedroom were pretty narrow and steep. Very nice living room, kitchen and dinning room.

Louisville- quiet old neighborhood

The house and yard are exactly as presented on Vrbo. It was so nice of the host to provide ample coffee filters, treats, and paper products. Not every rental does this, but they did a great job of preparing the house for a comfortable stay. The master suite is upstairs and a very narrow climb, just FYI for anyone with mobility concerns.

National Archery Tournament

Stayed here for the NASP Eastern National Archery Championship. Perfect location, about 5 minutes from the event with an easy driver to and from the event. Very quiet neighborhood. Good thing we drove our car and not my F350 dually, it would barely fit on the small road and wouldn’t fit in the driveway. The house was very clean and even though an old neighborhood home, it was very updated with modern everything. It looked as if it has new siding and fresh paint everywhere. The master bath was outstanding. My grandson says we have to build ours the same way. Yes I would stay here again.
