The property is in the popular mid city area. It’s near all the places of interest and right around the corner from the fairgrounds where the Jazz and Heritage Festival is held.

The property is so majestic with its height and depth. It has a nice big front porch to watch the people and traffic go by. Also a ice big deck on the back for more privacy.
