Enjoy beautiful scenery at this tranquil Gulf view condo, where high ceilings and large windows let the sunlight pour in. With beach access a quarter mile away, a relaxing day in the sun is just around the corner.

Take in the views and get some fresh air on the Cotton Bayou Trail, located less than a mile away. Have a day of family fun at Adventure Island Amusement Park and Fat Daddy’s Arcade, both of which are within two miles. After a day of outdoor activities, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.

The condo is located on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator, and greets you as you step inside with an immaculately decorated living space. Use the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your food at the dining table, in the breakfast nook, or on your balcony, taking in the sea breeze and ocean air.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning to help you cool down and a private washer/dryer.

Great stay across form public beach

Easy to find and clean stay close to the beach. Its a short walk with a crosswalk to the beach. Beds not the most comfortable but place is very clean and has plenty of space. Make sure to read the instructions about the door lock.

Easy Stay Near the Beach

Ask pictured 2 story condo across the street from public beach access. Stayed 2 nights and had no issues. Everything was fully stocked and clean for the stay. Also, had some pool/beach supplies in closet which was a nice touch. Beds could use a mattress topper.

Loved this unit! The whole facility was great- pool area, outdoor grilling area and boat launch right next door. Easy access to beach, grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic and Definitely will return to Orange Beach! This unit is beautifully decorated and obviously newly renovated and stocked. We had everything we needed and more. 5 Star EVERYTHING!
