Quiet Relaxation

The property and amenities were, as described. Our host, Anna was wonderful and available, for all questions, etc. Enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. I would stay, again

Exceptional property in the Poconos

Exceptional property for a relaxing quiet weekend in the Pocono PA area. The house was very clean and modern. The property has a hot tub, campfire area and a screened in deck area. Located in a wooded gated community which made us feel extremely safe. Close to many lakes and a State Park. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Poconos area.

4th of July weekend 2025.

I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. As for any shopping, everything is 20 to 35 minutes drive. The water park is 18 minutes from the house. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely come back to this house. I would give more than five stars but there is no such option. Thank you Anna.

The property was great- well maintained. We did have some difficulty with check in and directions. We had a large group that all arrived separately, and every single car got lost trying to find the house after checking in at the 2 separate gates in the housing community.
