Perfectly accommodating up to six guests, this retreat offers modern comforts like air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private lanai with resort lake views. Enjoy the serene ambiance of a communal pool, and a community BBQ area, all while being a short distance away from pristine beaches and exciting activities like snorkeling, surfing, and golfing. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a family adventure, this condo promises an unforgettable island experience.

Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom : King Bed (can be converted to Twins for $50 fee with advance request)
Additional Bedding: One twin rollaway bed and one fold out futon mat

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building N is scheduled for November 23-December 19, 2026. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISIONS: TV's located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom, Guest Bedroom
PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. 
AIR CONDITIONING: Yes. Split A/C units. Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom can be controlled independently.
HOT TUB: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Excellent location. Property was clean. Convenient parking. Kitchen had what we needed, and beach supplies for four of us. The only complaint we had was the bed in the guest room was uncomfortably hard. Two twin beds pushed together, and could use a mattress topper or something to make it comfortable.

Beautiful property in a great location close to the supermarket and shopping arena. Quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views of a waterside golf course. The property is comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully curated for guests. I wish I knew that I needed to bring my own coffee and sweetener, but that’s minor. I had a lovely stay with my husband and my 1-year old baby.

Beautiful clean condo in central Waikoloa location. Condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you would need for the beach. Be advised, only 1 parking space for this condo-this was perplexing as half the parking spaces were empty. Guest bed was too hard, while master bed was lumpy. NO ROOM SAFE.

Stayed for a few days only but the place was a nice spot that had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend it to other travelers wanting to stay in the Kona side of the Big Island!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and looks just like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There were at least 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler and beach bag for us to use. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Shops, restaurants and ice cream are withing walking distance. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay at this Villa. Our unit was well stocked and clean. Walking distance to shopping. Pool facility is beautiful with a great view of the lake and Kings Shops. BBQ pit was very nice with 6 well kept Weber grills. Whole visit was outstanding. We will be back!

Lovely condo inside and out. Very clean and modern, large lanai with a beautiful view of the lake and Kings Shops. Great location-lots to do within walking distance, including beach and shopping. Very nice infinity pool and fitness center. Parking space is literally right outside of the unit. Mahalo!

Relaxing holiday at a great location!

Loved our stay in the Waikaloa Resort area. The unit was comfortable and the central location was awesome. Loved the balcony view overlooking the golf course and the King Shops. The unit was well equipped including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. The infinity pool and hot tub were awesome. Overall, had a great stay!

Great Waikoloa location and condo

Nice, clean, spacious condo in Waikoloa. Great location that is central to everything (walking distance) but feels private and remote. The pool is fantastic and the condo is well stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor patio is lovely and the condo has everything you might need for the beach.

Excellent location and great amenities!

My two daughters and I had a great stay at this condo. The Waikoloa area is great and this unit has excellent proximity to everything - beach (15 min walk), shops (5 min walk), and the Hilton pool (5 min drive). Two bedroom setup and kitchen with spacious living area was perfect. The patio overlooking the golf course made all of our meals enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

It was great; spacious and clean; just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with miscellaneous tools for cooking. For a family, Harrington 2beds/2baths is the way to go. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Several beaches within a short drive. We would come back and stay at this specific unit.

Super full moon over the fairway...beautiful!!

Daughter, Son in law and teenage granddaughter who loved the ocean, swimming pool(s) and walking the petroglyph King's trail. We completed the 1000 pieces puzzle, I thought would be impossible. The kitchen is complete to prepare any meal, BBQ near by. Lanai was ideal to have meals or cocktails and enjoy beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable too.
