Backyard pool & patio areas are great for fun & relaxation with a resort vibe. Four freshly remodeled bedrooms upstairs with hardwood floors, queen beds & 43" 4k smart TVs. Open first floor plan includes well appointed kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, laundry room & half bath. 10 min to Whiskey Rd amenities, 11 min to Bruce's Field (Aiken Horse Park), 13 Min to Highfields Event Ctr, 15 min to Downtown, 29 miles to Augusta National.

We spent our first 30 years in Ohio, moved to Arizona for 10 years, and then moved to this home in Aiken. When our last of three children left the nest, we listed the house for the Master’s Golf tournament. We were surprised when people wanted to rent the house other times of the year, and have embraced this and work remotely when guests book our home.

Why they chose this property

Nice neighbor with custom built homes on one acre lots. Quiet with no through traffic. Nice streets to have your daily walks on. Within 15-20 minutes of just about everything Aiken has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We believe that offering our primary residence makes it unique. We share all of our nice kitchen ware and utensils; very hard to find a short term rental as well equipped as ours. The back yard is often referred to as an oasis or the best they have ever seen in a short term rental.
