Waterfront luxury villa with additional back yard cottage, walk to town!

Location, location! The villa is located within a 7 minute walk to historic downtown. The walk takes you through charming historic homes along Lake Maria Sanchez. It is a 10 minute drive the the beaches and lighthouse. We have great wifi if you need to work from home and many places to spread out and relax. The whole space will be yours, if you rent the guest cottage in addition or not. The courtyard is one of the highlights, with an outdoor kitchen & hot tub. Main house is 3 bed 2 bath.

We are not investor owned. You will always deal with us and we take great pride in your stay! Our place is perfect for hosting, sight-seeing, relaxing and working, our recently updated home oozes coastal charm and space to spread out. A cozy cottage tucked away in the backyard offers additional living space complete with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed and loft bed with desk. Embracing nature, ecologically minded choices from the Florida-friendly landscaped yard to the softest bamboo sheets will be part of your experience. King-size bed options are found in each room in the main house. A spacious private courtyard offers a wonderful place to relax. Have a BBQ -- Our gas fire-pit is on the fritz right now, but we have a lovely wood burning fire pit for your use, please bring your own wood. The large sunroom is perfect for an afternoon nap after exploring the city. The dedicated office with views of the salt marsh is perfect for the person that needs to check in on work while on vacation. One of the best features of this marsh front location is bird-watching from the front porch and walking through the charming historic neighborhood. It is a 10 minute walk to the center of the ancient city. St. Augustine has so much to offer! Biking (there are 2 for your use), sightseeing, eating, hiking, bird-watching, horseback riding, Nights of Lights, eco-tours, boating, museums, and learning about the nations oldest city awaits! We have a strict no pet policy, we love animals, but we have decided this is not something we can offer with our home.

COTTAGE:
1 Queen Murphy bed and 1 small sleeping twin upstairs in the loft open to below. Please see photos.

**COTTAGE**- The price is set for the main house (3 beds 2 bath). If you are looking to rent the cottage in addition, it is a $250 one time fee. Please let me know when booking if you would like access to the cottage as well! The cottage or house will never be rented to two parties at the same time. Only your group will have access to the entire property. Thanks!

We have two beach cruisers for you to use and bike into town. St. Augustine fantastic for beach cruising! We have 3 parking spaces dedicated to the house.
