3072 Seascape comfortably accommodates 8 in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath villa convenient to the beach, pools and all that South Forest Beach has to offer. The balcony off the open living space overlooks one of the two community pools and courtyard and comes equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture for the whole family. This area is perfect for outdoor dining so rustle up some steaks and get your grill on! The fully equipped kitchen is ready to serve your snack and dining needs. Pop the popcorn for a fun movie night in the comfy living area, brew the coffee and put out the bagels for a delightful morning breakfast on the balcony, or put on your chef's hat and whip up a gourmet meal.

Great getaway

Great week here. Everything was as advertised. Great location and plenty of room to spread out. It was a hot week and the AC doesn't cool the 3rd floor (master bedroom) as much as I would have liked but there are fans - which helped).. Short 10 minute walk to beach!! I would defiantly consider staying here in the future.

Nice pool. Plenty of room in villa. Steps are a little steep. Shower head was laserlike intensity.Well appointed, but we saw pet hair. Was supposed to be no pets. Beach was a little further than we wanted. Quick response by management in answer to inquiries. Overall a nice place. Kids loved the pool being so close.

Great getaway

The home was clean and fabulously decorated. It was a pleasure to have stayed there. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, it was not connecting. I reached out to our host and he took care of it immediately. He was great!!! It was a refreshing. Just a side note: if you have any issues with stairs please note there are three flights in total. It can be a little challenging.

Family Vacay

Loved having three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate family. Location on the island is great - close to Coligny Plaza and to Sea Pines where we explored the nature preserve and visited the lighthouse and the Salty Dog. The stairs and the long walk to the beach were difficult for the 80+ year olds, but not a problem for the rest of us. When the coffee maker wouldn’t work, we made a call while we were out and a new one was at our door by the time we returned. We loved having the pool right out the back door and loved having a grill and a sizable deck. We did not like that a Ring doorbell camera was next to the back door and made having conversations out there feel uncomfortable. Overall, though, we were happy with our stay and felt at home.

Beautiful Vacation Home close to the Heart of Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 3072 Seascape was fantastic. Plenty of space for our family (the unit is bigger than it looks in the photos) and lots of extras included in the unit - we were especially impressed with all of the kitchen essentials provided. The pool is located right off the back deck and has a great variety of sunny and shady spots on the pool deck all day long. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk (depending on how much stuff you are hauling) and Coligny Plaza is a short bike ride away. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, the playground, beach and everything we wanted to experience about Hilton Head. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and made some great summer memories.

Close to beaches

Location was great. Resort is older but fine. Unit was very nice with these exceptions which in our opinion brought rating way down. Living room couches are horrible. Good beds & couches are a must. Beds are great. TVs are way too small. And only thing that can’t be fixed, no bathroom on main floor. Although this is in listing, until you live it, you don’t realize what a pain it is. Also the slider is not installed properly leaving a small open space to outside which in the season we were there, cool air came through.

The owners recently invested in brand-new couches to enhance the villa's comfort and aesthetics. We understand that comfort preferences can vary from person to person, and we regret that they fell short of your expectations. As for your assessment regarding the TVs, they are brand new and adequate for the comfort of the living room and primary suite. Additionally, the photos provided accurately depict the relative size of the TVs in comparison to the room. The same goes for your comment about the lack of a bathroom on the first floor. It's unfortunate that these aspects were highlighted as a fault, especially considering that your decision to stay in the property was made with full knowledge of its amenities. Regarding the screen door, we sincerely wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have promptly addressed these issues. We encourage open communication during our guests' stays to address any concerns promptly. Had we been made aware of the problem, we would have taken immediate steps to resolve it to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. It's important to note that low ratings significantly impact the visibility and reputation of our villa. We strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests.
