This updated fifth-floor Essex condo is located across the street from the beach and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room offers comfortable seating and a new flat-screen TV. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and fresh towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is included, along with a washer and dryer in the condo.

The Essex offers a heated pool, ample lounge chairs and tables on the deck, tennis courts, and covered parking. Enjoy an evening beverage while watching the stunning sunsets from the screened lanai.

The condo was wonderful with a beautiful view. Nicely appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, an umbrella and cart made trips to the beach easy. A fantastic location with a short walk to South Marco beach. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with property manager was challenging when one of the couples renting couldn’t come due to a medical emergency. While the issue was resolved it took several attempts. Communication upon arrival and during the stay was very good.

Property was on the top floor with elevator and a short walk from beach. Loved the fact that they had grocery carts and hotel luggage cart to transport your luggage or groceries. Place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Master Bathroom and kitchen are updated. Nice washer and dryer. Make sure to add to your order toilet paper and paper towels-you only get one roll for each bathroom and kitchen. Pick up your shampoo, conditioner and kitchen essentials. There were plenty of towels for beach and bathing though. Beach chairs were in the spare bedroom and were extremely uncomfortable if you plan on long days at the beach. Overall great place, wonderful stay you will definitely enjoy your Marco visit at the Essex.

Magnificent stay!

The photos of view from lanai do not do it justice. Could easily see gulf and swaying palm trees and wonderful sky every night at sunset. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is comfortable. Plenty linens. Short 1 block walk down to left of condo to public beach access. Nice and quiet there this time of year. Loved our stay.
