Situated in the Princeville community, this retreat is located near all the north shore has to offer. Enjoy the pool, take a stroll down to a secret beach, or one of the many walking paths. Visit 'Anini Beach, Hanalei Town, local markets, Ke'e Beach, and more! The ideal spot for family and friends, you will love this home away from home in Princeville.

Located in the last west-facing building of the renowned Pali Ke Kua complex, this unit's bluff-edge location commands unlimited mountain, ocean and coastline vistas, combined with the sounds of crashing surf below. Tastefully appointed with beautiful antiques and other fine quality furnishings, this popular, two King bedroom / two bathroom unit is perched directly above the North Shore's famous ocean bluff.

This spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows and bed coverings. HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access. As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned.

The setting is peaceful - serene - quiet. Enjoy Pali Ke Kua's secret "Hideaways" beach via a private, paved path. Have a picnic at the barbecue area along the beach path. There is also a pool and hot tub within the condominiums. If you prefer a round of golf, the 27-hole Makai course is within walking distance or a short drive. Nearby are restaurants, multiple beaches, walking and jogging paths, and shopping. This is your complete tropical vacation!

The view!!!

We have stayed at the Pali Ke Kua property several times. The units are well maintained, have well equipped kitchens and (usually) have a closet full of beach related items. The views are spectacular!!

Amazing views, clean, and convenient

We lived our stay here! Made dinner here both nights because you can’t get a better view at any restaurant. Saw several whales - it was magical. 10min walk to the beach access path near 1 Hotel Hanalei, and 20min total door to beach (with 2 kids) Comfy beds and renovated bathrooms. It wasn’t too hot while we stayed so the temp control was fine! Will come back again xoxo

It doesn't get much better

What stunning views, an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Aloha. Unit 121 was absolutely fine, had everything we needed. We enjoyed the first level and the ability to walk out to the cliffs edge, made friends the the local Nene's that are on the property and seem to be the unofficial greeters. This trip was the first leg of a 25 year anniversary trip and it was excellent. I'm writing this just before checkout, sitting on the lanai, looking at the incredible vista, watching a few surfers down below and just thankful we found this place to spend some time. This is the kind of place you say "We'll be back"

There is a good sized supermarket close by in Priceville as well. Bathrooms were nice and they do provide beach and boogie boards stored in the closet. The kitchen was great, nice appliances and cookware. The one improvement could be around the bed and linens. Needs a refresh for sure, but not a deal breaker.

Whale / Bird / Surf watchers use the multiple binoculars. Stargazing, use the telescope. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, towels all sey. Cook-in a breeze with well stocked kitchen. Walk to Hideaways beach or use the pool if its cloudy. Our go to happy place and tge best unit at PKK.

The property was excellent and was as anticipated after having stayed there before. Views, location all excellent....However, we found out that the North Shore road past Hanalei was closed due to flooding almost a year ago. Hope sprung eternal that it would reopen shortly but did not. The purpose of going to the North Shore was that region. Had we known, we would have changed plans and headed to the south shore or another island. But that does not change our plans in the future to return, hopefully to the same unit. Reality company was excellent in service and response. In the end, how do you beat those views!

Condo was nicely cleaned upon arrival. Found king size beds very comfortable. Nice dining area with great views of ocean. Nice starter coffee pods provided. Be aware, no ice maker, but ice trays provided. Nice little restaurant and bar on premises with good happy hour prices. The sunset views were amazing! No AC, but open window louvers and sliding door for nice ocean breezes. Must of spotted over 20 whales in 4 days with numerous breaches observed. Beautiful bbq area near private beach. Gorgeous landscaped property. Would definitely stay here again. Loved Princeville area.

Condo is very nicely furnished and the bathrooms are nice and big. Beds were comfortable, nice sheets, nice towels. The only con is that you can totally hear the people above you. The first night we were in heaven. The second night Swiss Family Robinson moved in upstairs with lots of little kids. Started at 5 AM - they were dragging furniture around the deck which was right above our bed. Kids running back and forth on our heads for hours. We finally banged on the ceiling which gave us a 30 min reprieve and then we gave in and got up. The view from this place is so beautiful that even after all of that - I would take my chances and stay here again - maybe...probably...hard to be mad when you are watching the waves with the Napali coast in the background. Restuarant was suprisingly good. Pool was nice and but chilly. Parking was easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and has one of the best views you can find in Princeville. Unit is quaint, but it has some elements that make it feel dated and worn and more like a high use rental than something special. Please note the internet is very slow and outdated DSL, meaning single digit download speeds, so it cannot handle normal video and media use you may be accustomed to for work or everyday life elsewhere. There's no AC, so you'll have the windows open all day long and the screens are not a perfect fit, so be prepared for there to be bugs inside. If this unit had AC, more durable and contemporary materials, a higher standard of cleaning, and normal internet of 100+ speeds, it would easily be one of the best rentals available in Princeville.
