You’ll sleep like a baby in the incredibly comfortable beds, even the queen-size pull-out couch bed is super comfy! Relax and view the mouth of the Myakka River from the comfortable, tranquil lanai. Free WIFI, USB-equipped outlet with multiple ports and extra charging cables provided, smart Roku TV with basic Xfinity package but you can log in to your streaming services via the guest pass and relax after a fun-packed day at the beach! Unique must-visit restaurants, historic spots, golfing and activities nearby! Local brochures & coupons provided in the home. Sleeps 9 in a pinch (1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 pull out queen bed) Free parking too! All basic supplies are provided and extra toiletries are available in case you forget something!

Wonderful - all the comforts of home!

We had a lovely stay starting from booking and continued through checkout. The condo provides a beautifully relaxing vibe with amenities that allowed us to feel right at home. We were not lacking for anything including being able to cook a holiday dinner without having to spend a fortune on spices and extras! We had not stayed in this area and we loved exploring the beaches and restaurants which are plentiful.

Sun and Fun !

The Host was fabulous. Great location. Pool was very nice and easy access to bike trails and beach. Dinning was walkable which was handy. Grocery store was close by. Kayaking was fun and right out the door. Traffic noise by the pool was our only complaint! Thanks Di for a great 3 weeks in your place. Sue

Low-key Spring Break

Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites.

Port Charlotte

Working with Diana was great. The condo could have been cleaner, carpets, etc. It was well stocked, and we needed for nothing. The location was not very good, some distance from beaches. Also, we did not check, but it was on the 2nd floor. We are older and did not think to ask about elevators. We will pass on further stays.

I'm just a small town gal originally from the mountains in northern CA, currently in CO and have recently started transitioning my life to FL and love it here!!! I thought I'd be bored with no mountains to play in but boy was I wrong-so much fun to be had in Florida!

Why they chose this property

Tarpon Bay is truly my home away from home! The community is warm and welcoming, everyone is friendly. It's secluded yet close to everything and it's quiet and safe-I can't imagine a better location!

What makes this property unique

Everything is just as comfortable as if you were in your own home, maybe even more comfortable! The layout is perfect and incredibly spacious and it's super quiet! (Until we get there of course lol) I wanted it to be as convenient as possible so I stocked up all of the basics-It's truly a "show up with your toothbrush & clothes" home! I order my groceries the day before I fly in so when I show up it's plug and play. I'm confident you'll love it here!
