Two-story TH has an open concept floor plan downstairs while upstairs boasts W/D area, split bedroom design, and dedicated in-room bathrooms. Located in a thriving area (Oakleaf) and not far from Orange Park, I-295, SR-23, and Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS Jax). Grocery store, movie theater, and ER facility nearby. Walking distance of Oakleaf Town Center. Community has an amenities center, playground, pool and two dog parks.

Great stay

Enjoyed my family stay. This location is pet friendly which is rare to find. The host were easy to get a hold of if ever I had any questions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville.

Great property, great location

This property was fantastic for our stay. The hosts were very easy to reach and the house was clean and comfortable (and came stocked with the items that just make things easier, coffee, laundry soap, shampoo ect). We were attending an event at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center which was about 10 min away. It is close to chopping and restaurants (about 3 min drive).

Could’ve been better

The rooms only had full sized beds and the size was not in the listing but we assumed that they would’ve been a standard queen sized bed. Also, the thermostats were locked out and couldn’t fully control the temp. The thermostat only had a small range to choose from and kept reverting back to a preset setting which made the heat kick on in the night while we’re sleeping and had to get up to change it because we were already hot enough sleeping so closely in a full sized bed.

The listing clearly stated that the beds were double bed size. The smart thermostat comfort settings can be overwritten by any guests by setting it to a permanent hold. Nonetheless, thanks for your stay & you’ll notice that I said nothing about all of the dog hair left on my couch.
