Condo was very clean and communication with owner was excellent! Easy access to beach and walkable to restaurants, ice cream, grocery store, etc. Condo had all basics available. Bed was comfortable and view of ocean from bedroom and deck was great! Can’t wait to stay here again!

One of the best views in Seaside Villas! Direct beach front view from the balcony! Beautifully renovated unit! The bedroom and kitchen have been swapped so that you fall asleep and wake up to the stunning ocean view! The host was very prompt with access information and questions. We have stayed at Seaside Villas the past 25 years (different owners and units) and this one was one of the best! Seaside is located within walking distance to Coligny Square (shopping, restaurants, beach bars). Also, you can easily access the bike path across the street. And, of course, the best part is the beach - even on busy days you can find a place to sit without being on top of other people!

Great Sunrise Hilton Head

Mike was very pleasant to deal with, small unit but comfortable big bed. Perfect for sleeping as you hear the waves crash and waking up to a sunrise.
