We have Central Air and heat System in our condos, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. View the ocean from balcony or from the living room. Beautifully decorated oceanfront view villa located in the heart of Hilton Head Island.

23 South Forest Beach Drive is located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.
Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!
There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper.

Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bedroom ocean view and oceanfront units which have some of the Hilton Head Island best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The ocean veiews were outstanding. We even had the pleasure of watching deer in the early evening. We walked to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need.

We had a great stay. Beautiful oceanfront view from comfortable chairs on the balcony. Charlene was very thoughtful when outfitting the villa. From comfortable furniture to a desk/vanity area to a great shower head with wonderful water pressure. These villas are small but perfectly designed for a couple. I can’t think of anything negative to say. We will book again.

This very small condo hasn't aged well, is past its prime and is in desperate need of renovation. Bed was soft, saggy and lumpy; pillows were flat and thin (yuck!), towels were "well used". The (small) dishwasher had a strong odor and we didnt use. Balcony had excess furniture piled up in one end which made the very small balcony even smaller and the chair cushions faded and flat. Condo has a mold/mildew smell even after airing out the condo with doors open. Great beach view. Would not rent again.

the balcony was perfect, amazing view of the sunrise in the mornings, great place to sit and have a quiet moment or a nap. this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Charlene was the best hostess, very responsive. I arrive at 8 pm and had difficulty getting to the correct entrance gate due to the dark, She answered the phone on NYE and helped me get in so I could start my amazing vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip here, the condo had a lovely view and was perfect for me. It was clean and the location was perfect. Getting out to the beach was super easy and a short walk. Everything about this place is ideal. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony watching deer as well as dolphins swimming by. Its right on the beach and minutes from restaurants. Inside was lovely, comfortable and all the appliances functioned, I'd highly recommend staying here!

I live in Tennessee and vacationed at Seaside Villas for over 22 years. I looked for vacation/retirement property in many areas and kept returning to Hilton Head Island. I hope to be able to retire there in future years. For now I spend as many weeks a year on the island as possible, about 10 weeks. I have made many friends and love the area, it is my paradise away from home.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy fabulous Hilton Head weather with moderate year round temperatures. A perfect vacation destination for biking, tennis, golf and all outdoor sports. You will enjoy our beautifully decorated OCEANFRONT villa 272 and balcony overlooking the beach. There are no condos on the island any closer to the beach!! Our complex provides new security gates for your safety, as well as new stairwells at the pool. We have under building parking (first come first served), two private pools, a private sundeck at the dunes, washers and dryers, outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your coffee from your private balcony. Or experience a moonrise and full moon over the water. The light of the moon dancing on the water is incredible! See small wildlife and deer in the dunes, and see how many different birds you can identify. The condo is equipped with Twin sleeper chair in the living area with 2 recliners and lamp to provide good lighting for reading your favorite books, a dining table area, Flat Screen TV with DVD, VCR and CD player, Stereo. A library of videos and music to choose from during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and all cooking, eating utensils and all the small appliances you would need. The Master bedroom has a king bed with two reading lamps . Private entrance into the bathroom.
