Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, Zen appeal home. Brand new newly renovated house, mid century furniture, electric induction stove, Smeg fridge, 400sq ft mahogany deck (for yoga), 20x40 ft saltwater heated pool, fire pit, 4Bdr/3Bthr, full kitchen, working fireplace, dedicated workspace room, enjoy the outdoors, propane gas grill, sunbathing chairs, umbrella, speed wifi, TV, diswh, W/D. Located in the artsy Springs area, neighborhood to Maidstone Park Beach, and Pollock Krasner house.
The space
A big house around 2500 sqf split into 2 floors and basement with laundry room. On the ground floor you find the kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space, FIRE PIT, deck, grill, dining table and chairs, lounge chair, big deck for yoga. Secluded area for salt water swimming pool with lounge chairs. Central Air conditioning .
