We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in East Hampton. The home was cozy, charming, and impeccably maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the lovely garden — peaceful, private, and perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The location was ideal, close to both the beach and the town.We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in the Hamptons.
We loved our stay. The location is in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants in E Hampton. The landscaping and house are just what you would picture for the Hampton’s. The owners were so nice and helpful. The two upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and have great bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

Hope and Jimmy are wonderful hosts - they were so friendly and caring and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very central to East Hampton and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, cafes and the best shops. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. It was a wonderful weekend - thank you Hope and Jimmy!
Just had an amazing stay at our VRBO for a great birthday trip. Everything was perfect. Location super convenient, gorgeous landscaping, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. We especially loved meeting their adorable pups -- they were the sweetest. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings on the private patios. The hosts recommended fantastic beaches and restaurants that really made the trip unforgettable. The perfect place to relax, recharge, and celebrate. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway!
Absolutely Perfect – A Slice of Paradise with Exceptional HostsWe couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The property is everything you’d hope for and more—immaculately maintained, incredibly comfortable, and nestled in one of the most peaceful, scenic spots we’ve ever experienced. From sunrise views to relaxing evenings, every moment felt thoughtfully designed for rest and renewal. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts—Hope and Jimmy. These two are absolute gems! They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, informed, and genuinely welcomed. Their kindness, attention to detail, and local recommendations made us feel like we were visiting old friends. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home (and then some), this is your spot. We’re already planning our return. Thank you, Hope and Jimmy—you’ve created something very special!
Photos do not do it justice. Charming, clean, and updated, very friendly hosts, and great location. If you want to be close to the East Hampton attractions this is a perfect place to stay.
All the comforts of home and lots more: amazing kitchen extraordinarily well equipped, superb bedrooms, great media watching setups, top shelf bathtub and water pressure.....could not ask for a more comfortable, cozy and supportive environment.
The loveliness of this home was only surpassed by the loveliness of the owners. The home is extremely clean, comfortable, charming and convenient to everything. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I was sad to leave.
Comfortable house, wonderful hosts and great location
The house is equipped with everything one needs to have a great stay without schlepping your own stuff. Great kitchen that has everything one needs if you don't want to eat out. The hosts went above and beyond expectations. We can't wait to return next summer!

Hooked on the Fish House
My husband and I booked the Fish House with our friends for a weekend getaway. We all loved the house! It was charming and comfortable, with modern amenities--a cook's kitchen stocked with supplies, flat-screen tvs in all rooms, free Wifi, comfortable beds, and beautifully-designed bathrooms. Hope and Jimmy take good care of their home and guests--texting us to make sure the house temperature was comfortable, answering our questions about places to eat and letting us know what was happening around East Hampton. The house is walking distance to East Hampton's main street, but the setting is quiet and beautiful. The house is also a 20-25 minute drive to Sag Harbor, Montauk and South Hampton making it easy for side trips. We would definitely recommend the Fish House to friends and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Hope and Jimmy!

We had a wonderful time staying at Hope and Jimmy's lovely home! They could not have been more welcoming and accommodating hosts and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The home is beautiful, with a gourmet kitchen perfect for preparing meals and socializing, picturesque breakfast nook, and amazing shower. We loved spending time relaxing both indoors and in the private, lush backyard. Looking forward to coming back very soon!

Beautiful private yard and great location
The owners met us and were delightful and helpful. We loved the beautiful yard with lovely flowers and sitting area. The kitchen was complete with Viking stove, etc. and the baths were redone nicely. The very comfortable beds and linens were wonderful! Our only problem was noise. It is centrally located on Main Street close to restaurants and shops, which is great, but next door is a bakery that opens at 6 am. From our bedroom we would hear people talking with the louder noise of garbage and delivery trucks quite early. On the other side of the house is the railroad - and although it does not come by often and it is fast - it is still extra noise factor. If you are an early riser and love being centrally located, this is a wonderful house and very comfortable. Lots of light in the master bedroom from a skylight and a perfect set up for 2 couples.
