Newly renovated condo unit in the Lakes Region of NH! 3 bed, 1 bath. Full kitchen w/ new appliances & granite counters. 2 balconies & Electric fireplace. In unit laundry.

Minutes from Ellacoya Beach, public access. No Gilford Beach access. Enjoy Gunstock year round!
Bank of NH Pavilion- 6 min drive by ride shares, 35 min walk. Perfect spot for concert stays.
Short walk to lake and boat launch. Upon request available spot for boat trailer parking in our lot during your stay.

*There is an additional unit right across the hall with a common lobby (Lake Condo 2 bed, 1 bath) if you have larger group, you can book both at the same time.
