I booked this adorable studio-cottage near campus for our son who had a 12 day lab elective at UF— it’s a summer lab, so campus wasn’t an option. I needed something reasonably priced safe comfortable within close walking distance to/from campus & downtown Gainesville… and this VRBO fit the bill! Communication with hosts was excellent, the photos/description aligned with reality, directions were clear & timely, self check-in was a breeze, cottage was very clean and smelled great, everything was thoughtfully designed & equipped (but no coffee pods ), and the hosts genuinely went above & beyond to accommodate (i.e. last minute issues, schedule changes, etc). I highly recommend!

This was the cutest little place!! It was clean and had everything we needed! Location was perfect and bed was comfy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we chose this property for the outdoor space. The firepit didn't have any wood so we couldn't use it and the grill was a small charcoal and not gas. The outdoor furniture was as listed but it was covered with leaves n pollen so we didn't use that either. Other than that the stay was great and the owners were very easy to contact and deal with. Would definitely stay here again.
