Enjoy this recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath second tier condo with a view of the cove. We keep adding pictures as the unit continues to be updated. (Check out the new appliances)
This unit features a Master Suite with a private bath, King sized bed, flat screen TV and deck access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and television. The Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper in the sectional allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people!
Living Room also features a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and wireless internet! The owners have recently installed stainless steel appliances to update the kitchen. Dine in or out as this unit seats 8 people inside and 6 outside! Deck has a view of the water! (No longer has a grill)
This is a very nice unit and is located close to the clubhouse and pools. The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, clubhouse, game room, vending area, playground, basketball court, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, horseshoe pitching area, and fire pit.

Ozark Fun !!

Great location and communication with property owner. Could use a little updating on utensils, pots/pans but overall great place and view of the lake. Hope to be back next year. :)

Very Nice

The only bad thing was the king bed was very uncomfortable, and we could have used a few more washcloths in the unit. We only had 4 total washcloths for 6 people. The people above us had to have had at least a dozen people in their condo. It sounded like a herd of elephants up there. But after they settled down each night, it was fine. The Knolls 1122 was very nice for a long holiday weekend. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for the review! We will certainly let the owner know about the bed. Probably time for an upgrade! We are a full service property management company and could have sent the housekeepers over with plenty more wash cloths. Sorry that was overlooked. Unfortunately we do not rent the unit above, but certainly glad that it quieted down for you. With the busy holiday weekend, everyone wanted to enjoy being at the lake! Great little get away

Great communication, easy check in, easy checkout - simple things to do before leaving. The location was great with it being our first time in the area. Easy water access- would definitely stay again. The place is a little dated but super clean and that was most important.
