Great stay. Lots of things to do in the community. Kids loved the basketball court , tennis courts and the pool. The house furniture needed to be dusted and the light on the back porch wasn't working. Other than that it was great would stay again

Disney stay 2025

Super nice location! Would recommend pool heater, was clean, a little dated and the tables were wobbly but super roomy and had overall everything you’ll need!

Family vacation

It was a great place to stay. We had two families staying at this place a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room overall. The club house pool was very nice with lots of room. The location was perfect since it was a short drive to multiple attractions and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend, I would stay here again.

Family Time

Our party of 11 loved our stay! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. House was clean, bed comfy, plenty of seating for eating. Plunge pool was small but grand kids loved it! Resort was really nice and had a great heated pool.

Perfect location

The house was a good place to spend the night after a long day at the parks. The house pool was ni e for the kids on our off evenings. The community facility with its theatre, arcade, large pool, and nice playground entertained our group for some time.

Family Disney trip

Spacious, and clean. Large kitchen area enjoyed having 3 bathrooms made it easy for bath time. I do recommend they need new pillows and more silverware.

Great Stay

This place was great! We have a family of 8 and it was more than enough space. The unit was as pictured and mostly clean. There were a few small cleanliness items which is why I rated it a four, but nothing that should deter anyone from staying. The resort was awesome and staff very friendly. Overall, highly recommended!

The house smelled awful, carpet was very warn out,we had to go buy carpet deodorizer to get rid of smell,the pool was green with algie,mold on bathroom floor corner base,dirty wet clothes behind washing machine, linen wasn't clean ,had black n brown hair in sheets so we took all 4 bedrooms and stripped them n washed before we could sleep on them,5 nights we spent and grandkids couldn't get in pool.would never rent this unit again.beds are worn out n sinks in the middle,2 had springs you could feel.the pull out bed in living room was broken and wouldn't open

Spring Break

Wonderful townhouse. Great area. The unit was super clean and well appointed. It seemed like the pool was heated. The kids thought it was awesome. No trouble with getting into the unit. Overall a great stay.

Great stay!

We surprised our kids with a Disney vacation for Spring Break 2022 and stayed at 3085 Paradise Palms. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms and the private pool in the back! The space was great and allowed everyone to be comfortable for the nights and the moments we were in the house. We had one issue with the cable and the management team worked late in the night to get it resolved which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay for my family!

Enjoying our stay!

The resort is beautiful! Our house is a great size, lovely setup, perfect little pool and we back onto the beautiful pond!!! Everything was great when we got here aside from a couple small things - we didn't have some of the amenities listed in the email but they quickly fixed that for us. Communication is amazing and very fast! The only thing our other house guests with us noticed is that the dishes and plant on the dining table were dusty. Aside from that this is a great spot for a couple of families to share!

Perfect for a family

The property was exactly as advertised! Very clean and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed. The little pool in the back was perfect for the kids to get in when we needed to be back at home to cook, late at night/early morning etc. Super impressed with the large complex pool though! Plenty of chairs, a water slide, two hot tubs, and a bar and restaurant right there. The food was great. They even had a little store inside, an arcade, and a movie theatre where they played moves 3 times per day. Perfect for a little break from the sun. We had an absolute blast here. We will definitely be back!

Awesome

I want to thank the owners for the quick response. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have no vacation rental. The rental we had canceled the day before our trip. My mother enjoyed the down stair master bedroom and the rest of us enjoyed upstairs. The kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. My family enjoyed the pool. It was just and awesome stay. My one year old niece even started walking. Thank you the Butts Family

Overall satisfied

Everything was as we expected. The house was clean and very nice. Our family enjoyed all the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids room were perfect. The pull out couch in the living room was also great and comfortable. If i could say something not so great it would be that The bigger beds weren't comfortable other that great pillows. But otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed it all. Thank you so much.

Everything was as advertised.It was clean and well organized.The splash pool was a lifesaver for our young grandchildren.However,I was promised a Starbucks card after my review.Two weeks later I have not received it after multiple inquiries.

Tj get away

We really enjoyed besides the guest getting in at the front non of the guards were on the same page and the first floor bathroom its having problem when you flush the up stairs master ceiling fan isn't working one of the fridge inside drawer handle need repair the property should be sanitized better the smell of the person before is still in the house.

We wish you would have brought these issues to our attention while you were here so that we could have fixed them for you, but we have issued work orders to address them now. Our teams throughly sanitize all touch surfaces between guests but because of sensitivities and allergies, we do not use perfumes or synthetic “fresheners.” We find that most guests prefer that over fake and potentially toxic air fresheners!

True to listing

This property was true to advertized . 4 bed 3 bath . Checkin was easy and host allowed us early entry due to long travel. Was appreaciated .Our unit manager answered emails quickly re any concerns . The unit was fully stocked for our family ie dishes , towels etc . Could use fry pans No rental needs plastic flowers . These were dusty and we just removed to a cupboard. There were points of this unit that could have been better , the ac vents were obviously not cleaned in a while . The pillows are worn out . We purchased our own . Biggest disappointment was the in unit pool could not be heated due to a mechanical issue. The resort pool was great and staff at the clunhouse were also very friendly and helpful. Overall i give this unit 3 stars .

Good for price point

We had a good stay in Paradise Palms. The neighborhood amenities were very nice and I hadn't actually realized we would have them when we booked. So it was a nice bonus. The community pool, playground, the game room, and movie theater in the community center were all utilized at one point or another by my family and they were hits! The location is decent. We generally took 20-25 minutes from leaving the condo to parking at one of the Disney parks. It's convenient to stores and restaurants as well. The house itself is fine. It's nothing special and it is clear no one has ever actually lived there. The kitchen utensils and cookware are few. The condo has beds for 12 people but not that many plates or glasses (or it is exactly that many). The pool was clean and fun to play in. Beds allow a lot of movement if your partner rolls over but are clean and look well maintained. Towels don't actually dry you off. Overall, it's a perfectly fine condo to rent if you're going to be in the theme parks. It's convenient and quiet with a lot of space for a family.

Dirty and lack of communication

since the moment I pulled out the trundle bed under my sons, twin bed and noticed a hair. It was downhill from there. I gave my son a bath the first night and there was black sand like stuff floating in the tub. There was hair on the toilet seats that had a sign saying it was cleaned. The toilet paper in the master bath had been dropping in water or something and put back on the roll. There was old towels. The shades were loaded with dust in the living room. The apartment itself was very nice but the cleanliness was lacking big time. I was advised I couldn’t check in early because we needed to give the cleaning crew time to clean well I’m glad I wasted my day driving around Orlando and Kissimmee only to find that the place was not cleaned to a standard that me, nor my family would ever recommend
