Overall, the place was very nice, close to Disney and as described in the listing. There is a lot of existing damage to furniture and walls, so taking photos and sending right after check-in is an extra chore I wasn't expecting. The floors and carpets could use a good cleaning. Personal pool was nice, community pool was nice. Host was extremely communicative. Our parking code didn't work, but I think that was a temporary issue that is now fixed.

I have to say this was the smoothest booking. I have had in a very long time. Owner got back to us when we rode him for any question at all was so easy to get into the home walked in the home smell refreshing was exactly how it looked in the photos. Rooms were very large bathrooms were beautiful. Pool was very clean. Appliances were all five star. You don’t have to bring anything from home. We enjoyed our stay so much. We stayed an extra day and we will be returning soon.

The host was very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind before arriving. The host also answered within minutes when we had questions for them during our stay. This was very important to me, and it was very much appreciated as a guest. We have stayed in many villas/ condos in the Disney area over the years and 4820 Lullaby Lane is one of the best. It was beautifully clean and well appointed; Wonder Vacations responded to all our questions promptly, and gave very detailed and helpful instructions. Storey Lake resort and its communal facilities are excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return next time we visit!

Everything was great. Our only thing was, we didn’t have enough towels so we did have to go buy some. We also had to go buy laundry detergent and trash bags. Everything else was great and clean.

The house was perfect space for 9 of us. The private pool was a nice touch but it was a little uncomfortable with having neighbors next to us that could see us. I also suggest making sure if you stay here to wear shoes at all times because the tile floor and carpet will make your feet black because it’s that dirty unfortunately. If you are traveling to magic kingdom, discovery cove and epic universe their VRBO posting says minutes away but with heavy traffic except anywhere from 30-45 minutes one way!!!

Great place to stay!!

We spent 1 week here, and there was plenty of room and it was very clean. The location was good too as it was central to many Orlando attractions. Our teenager children enjoyed all of the amenities, and security was appropriate.

Perfect home away from home for our family of 5! Stayed 9 night in June/July. We loved having the private screened in pool when the kids went to bed early and the adults were not ready. We didn't need it heated at that time of year. We bought a couple pool floats and beach towels to enjoy while there. Communication with the host was prompt, any concern was dealt with immediately; one evening there was a rainstorm, and we noticed part of the screen roof over the pool was damaged. I messaged the host, and by the next day it was fixed! Having the laundry in unit let us pack a lot less, saving on luggage fees. Pro tip: pack a few laundry strips from home if you plan to do more than a couple loads - they take up no space, and save you from buying a big container of pods while away. Good location on main routes and close to a few restaurants and shops. I don't think it would be easy to walk or uber due to the gates and major roadways, but if you have a rental car everything is minutes away. We ate out most days, just having breakfast at the house, but the kitchen was well equipped, and had both a drip coffee maker and a keurig. Parking directly in front of the townhouse entrance was convenient when bringing in all our luggage or groceries, especially when caught in one of the daily thunderstorms! We only used the clubhouse once, but it was great. Our kids loved the waterslide and lazy river, and we enjoyed the frozen cocktails from the bar. We will definitely return!

I had one small problem with the pool latch and text the number as instructed and received a response quickly. Overall a great place for families.
