Gorgeous bungalow in Berkeley, walking distance from parks, lakes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, & the awesome and fun Tennyson District. One mile to the Highlands. 10 minute or less drive/scoot to Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, and Union Station. Very clean and safe neighborhood. This bungalow has a cozy sun room and front porch and a large backyard with a fire pit, pergola, and dining table.
Don't let the "sleeper sofa" fool you. It's a king size, no bar, so comfy, and in its own room with French doors out to the sun room.
