You will not be disappointed when you enjoy all of the amenities offered with this spacious end-unit townhouse, located right on the golf course and just a few minutes walk to the pavilion and pools. Three miles to Bethany Beach, shops and restaurants close by. This 4 Bedroom, 3 ½ Bath home, located on the Black Bear 9th hole tee box (of the 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course) has much to offer. In addition to the spacious bedrooms (2 masters suites) you will be delighted with the Great Room, fully loaded kitchen, and beautiful, scenic screened in porch with gas grill where you can enjoy watching the golfers tee off. The foosball in the garage is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults. We have some beach chairs, golf clubs and toys for you to use on your stay.

Renters who wish to use community amenities (pools, recreation courts, fitness rooms, and Beach Shuttle) must purchase an amenity pass. All passes must be purchased online. A flyer with a QR code linking to Member Splash will be sent to you for easy account registration. Each person aged 4 and above must have a pass to access the amenities. 2026 Amenity Pass Rates (subject to change):

We offer a separate linen package from an online linen delivery service. Tenants who desire the linen package can select the desired linens and towels and set it up for delivery and pick up or you can have the bedmaking service provided. The standard package for this rental is $185 (subject to change) for 10-towel sets, 2-kings, 1-double, 1-queen and 3-twins sheet sets to be delivered and picked up. It is up to the tenant to go to the website and order their desired package. Once you book the rental with us please ask us for the rental address information to allow you to book the linens online. 1st Floor
There is a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. Two separate family rooms both equipped with televisions. A fully loaded kitchen and dining area, open and bright leads right out to the screen porch and open deck. Half bathroom.

2nd Floor
The 2nd floor consists of a large Master Bedroom and private Bath. Furnished with a King bed, and a large television. The additional two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first is furnished with 1 twin/double bunk bed and a Queen. The second room is equipped with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own televisions.

Enjoy the convenience of the 27-hole golf course, tennis courts, 2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool, fitness room, saunas, hot tub, basketball, and beach shuttle. Don’t feel like cooking? Enjoy cocktails, lunch or dinner at the Bistro in the Bear Trap Dunes clubhouse.

Bethany Beach is a family friendly community with many shops and restaurants. Enjoy outdoor events all summer long: Movies on the beach, concerts on the boardwalk and don't forget the farmers market on Fridays.
