Amenity passes too expensive. Response to dishwasher leak was excellent.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that our management team was able to respond quickly and resolve the dishwasher leak during your stay. We understand that the cost of the amenity passes can be disappointing. Unfortunately, the passes and their pricing are set and charged directly by the community, not by our company, so we do not have control over the cost. We do our best to clearly communicate these additional fees to guests so they can plan accordingly before their stay. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing our prompt response to the dishwasher issue. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!
