Great location and the views of the ships coming in was the best part for the kids. Walking distants to park with splash pad and to the beach itself. The grill on property was terrible and we had to purchase a small on bc we brought food to grill but the down stairs area was a great place to chill and cook. I really loved the fenced in yard for the dogs and the wrap around deck with privacy available for the master. Overall I would book again just for the space needed for everyone.

Very spacious house, and a great location for beacha ccess and fishing, tho the house is a little warmer than im used to as i like 64 as a temp but other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic getaway!

This property has all the amenities it claims and the pictures just don't compare to being there in person. The beach and splash pad are so close you don't even need to drive and the yard was more than big enough for all the kiddos to play in.

House was awsome. Lots of room underneath and inside the house. Private patio in master bedroom was perfect to get away. I would definitely return again.

Check in was a breeze, we had consistent communication thru the vrbo app. Once we got our check in email we were told to contact said number via text if anything was broke. I did that (still waiting on a reply, lol). The lip going from dinning area to living area was cracked and off. - The kitchen had bugs in the silverware drawer. We literally washed every single piece of dish before using it. Pots and pans were greasy and not cleaned from previous guests. - The master door going to the private patio fell off from the inside, they are rusted from the sea air I am sure, but something that needs to be replaced for sure. The fridge was dirty/rusty just old. Just need a new one -- The Good -- We loved how many rooms and beds were available. Proximity to the water was fabulous, just a quick little 3 minute drive. Seeing the carrier boats from out side was really cool, the grandson loved that. - The outdoor shower was huge and loved it. Dog area was a nice big spot, my grandpup really enjoyed that. -- We do appreciate Catherine for all her responses before and after the trip.

Overall great vacation

We had a great time. A older house a few minor things had to be addressed.The people were very nice to deal with. Great location. I loved sitting on the back deck and watching the ships go by and the sunset. Plus that we could walk to the beach. Loved that I got to have my family together. Which the house accommodated for. Left a day early since the hurricane was coming.

The A/C was a problem. The water pressure in the kitchen was horrible. The washing machine kept malfunctioning. And the refrigerator didn’t cool that well. The kids couldn’t sleep in the bunk room because bugs kept getting in the beds. The living room area was nice.
