Fully equipped kitchen and hot tub overlooking the valley. 10 mi to Purgatory ski resort. Ski and come home to a great hot tub with a view. Great restaurants in town or near by. The famous Trimble Hot springs is minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Animas valley. Zip up to the Mountain to hit the slopes or buzz into town to enjoy downtown Durango. This home is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Our home is nestled in the Animas valley with beautiful mountains on both sides of the home. It is surrounded by Dalton Golf course in a private and quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The views from the home are awesome. Especially in the evening soaking in the hot tub with a glass of wine.
