Beautiful ranch house minutes from beach

Get away from the everyday hustle & escape to this peaceful 3 acres ranch home away from the city. Picture your mornings waking up to the beautiful sounds of nature where you can sit on the bench swing, have your coffee, & see a variety of wildlife roaming the property. You will surely enjoy our local residents (farm animals) in the back corral, spend your time lounging by pool or take a short drive to one of most beautiful, surfer-loving beaches in the US, New Smyrna Beach which is just a few minutes from the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, pots, pans, and of course coffee and nespresso machine. We have linens for all beds as well as bath and beach towels. There’s a washer and dryer that you could use as well.
The property is less than an hour away from Disney parks and about 45 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Your family could enjoy playing cards / board games or can cuddle around our 10 seater sectional sofa in the living room. We are located just 3 miles away from the lovely Lake Ashby where you could explore, go fishing or have a picnic. We have toys for rent (bikes, ATV, surf boards, kayaks) if you’re interested.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all used linens from beds (not the bed liner / mattress protector) and place them in the laundry room.
Please start a load of either sheets or towels (not comforters) before leaving with the detergent in the laundry room. Set AC at 78 degrees.
Please make sure all garbage is inside bags and there is nothing is lose. Garbage pickup is Friday, kindly place the bins on Thursday evening (or very early Friday morning) in the entrance by the gate
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in the house and please don’t leave doors open if you’re outside smoking. No pets on furniture nor the beds nor allowed inside pool.
Please do not try to use the fireplace. The house has septic so please do not flush paper down the toilet to avoid having issues.
If you’d like to go to the back to see the farm animals, pls use the boots we’ve left on the side for you to borrow. Pls remove before entering house.

The property was beautiful! Very clean and welcoming ranch. The host was extremely friendly. It does have a few blocks dirt roads leading to the property which was a little tricky on motorcycles due to loose sand in one corner. The host did communicate this a head of our stay. We loved the house and the property and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful house!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and petting the goats and cow. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed here while we participated in an event at Volusia County Fairgrounds which is about 20 min away.

Hidden Gem

This property was a beautiful hidden gem outside of the chaos of Daytona. If you are looking for a peaceful country spot to spend time with family or friends, this is the spot. The property was very clean and not a far drive from the beach. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and the response was prompt. The cute farm animals were an added bonus and it was fun to go down and visit with them. I would definitely book this property again if I have future Daytona plans.

Beautiful property

The house and property are beautiful. The dirt roads to get there are horrendous! Property owners sent workers to the property without letting us know. Trash cans outside were completely full. In spite of all that, we will try to book this house again because of the privacy and beauty.
