Newer property w/ construction around property, however we never heard or was disturbed by any of it. View from the balconies was very nice, both morning and evening. The property was clean (& I am picky) and spacious, and we had almost everything we needed from kitchen supplies to pool towels. Some of the kitchen supplies were on the cheaper side, as our can opener broke into pieces, but this would not dissuade my recommendation.
