We really enjoyed ourselves! The house was very nice and a very short drive to the owners, which we went to everyday to enjoy the pool. Having the firepit and hot tub at the house was a great way to end our day. Even though there are neighbors, we couldn’t see any in while by the fire pit. Staying here, we were closer to the Dry Creek for beekeeping and to Hoof It for the Goat trek in the morning. Heading into downtown Galena was only 15mins, but we had most meals at the house, which had everything we needed, and some snacks at the snack station at the owners club. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again if coming back to the area.

Great weekend getaway!

First time at a VRBO & was not disappointed. Property was exactly as pictured! Relaxing & comfortable. Brian was very responsive the couple of times we reached out with questions. Hot tub was the best part- so relaxing to soak at night & watch the sky change colors through the trees. Even better early in the morning with the birds chirping & squirrels running through the trees overhead. Will definitely book again if we plan another trip to the area!

Great house and beautiful location! Very peaceful, lots of amenities available nearby and on the property, and plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub in the back is a great cherry on top! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other guests.
