We have been staying at this property for quite a few years now. Always an enjoyable stay. Property is clean and well appointed. The pool is great and the view of the Indian River is excellent. We saw dolphins daily and 2 rocket launches. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The house was on a beautiful piece of property with amazing views. We were able to see two rocket launches while we were there. We saw all sorts of wildlife like dolphins and fish yet had zero issues with bugs. We also saw the blue bioluminescence at night off the dock.The inside of the house was so well appointed and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home! The only small drawback was the restriction on laundry to once every other day but that was not a game changer just a very small inconvenience. We would absolutely recommend this property as a great place for a vacation.

Very nice location, and the house is perfect for enjoying it. Three sliders open to the pool area, which is where we spent a lot of time. Nice yard for the dog. Great location for launches, and a lot of restaurants and local attractions. We would stay there again.

The house and the layout and furnishings are amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of blankets and towels. Basically everything that you need. Access to the dock, kayaks, fishing gear, sea life, and space launches were outstanding. Views from the back patio and pool were stunning. Lots to do within an hour drive or less. Cocoa Beach, New Smyrna, Daytona. Property manager (Bob) was easily accessible, helpful and friendly. The only minor improvements I could suggest is the pool filter and the pool screen. One of the best stays that we have had and are looking forward to booking again in the future.

We call this home a ‘hidden gem.’ We were in Titusville to see Artemis II launch and what a view!!!! We were lucky to see 2 additional shuttle launches as well, this an EXCELLENT place for see launches. This home had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing getaway, we definitely plan to return!

The host was very good about communication before, durong, and after my stay. The man next door who manages the property was super friendly and introduced himself to the morning after we arrived. The view was great and as an added bonus, we had an awesome view of two rocket launches. I will definitely try to stay there again.

The Riverfront Pool House has an awesome view of the Indian River. The atmosphere is very quiet and the fishing was good at night. It could use some updates in living room furniture. The pool was clean but the weather was colder than expected. The properly manger and his wife were very helpful and very nice.

Just as described. It had everything you could need. Yes, it could use some updating, but it has that perfect, comfy, home feeling. You can sit for hours and just watch the water. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely would recommend!

Amazing stay! Property was absolutely perfect for a week getaway. Pool was great, house has everything you could possibly need, very private, and we had amazing time fishing, and caught fish every day. Amazing view of the rocket launch was the icing on the cake. We absolutely will be back….

Cozy Riverfront Home

Stayed here with family & had a great time. Enjoyed the convenience of a private pool & fishing was good. Reminded us of staying in our family river camps years ago. Kitchen is well stocked & had all we needed to cook meals & clean up.
