Great place to stay if you're visiting Waynesville. Close to everything and a short drive to Maggie Valley if you plan on skiing in the winter. Highly recommend.

Great (and quick) communication. Beautiful home. 6 guys on a bike trip with enough room in driveway for truck trailer and bikes, enough bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to navigate. Close to lots of amenities and for. Bike group easy access to rides in all directions. Would gladly stay here again.

The property was easy to find with plenty of parking. The rooms were spacious with 4 bedrooms with queen or king beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Nice front porch with comfy chairs.

I rented this house to accommodate relatives as we live right across the street. It was perfect, clean, and easy to use. The owners were easy to reach and access was also easy and efficient.

I REALLY HATE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, BUT IN THIS CASE WILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION! HOUSE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME MINOR PROBLEMS! WE TRIED TO LET THE HOST KNOW ABOUT THESE. CALLED HIM THE MORNING WE LEFT THE PROPERTY. SPOKE BREIFLY. BUT HAD PROBLEMS WITH CELL SERVICE IN THE AREA. LATER ATTEMPTED TO CALL TWICE WITH NO ANSWER, AND EACH TIME LEFT A CALL BACK NUMBER! AFTER THAT SENT 2 TEXT MESSAGES REQUESTING A CALL BACK, IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK, AND NO RESPONSE!

Property in excellent location for Waynesville. Appreciate the number of bedrooms & bathrooms which comfortably accommodated our group. Unfortunately the cleaning was lackluster &sporadic especially the kitchen and bed linens. The owner was responsive, but nothing done as the arrival time so late. Spouse and I cleaned and washed linens. Black sheets in primary bedrooms is off-putting. There is no can opener, serveware, fruit bowl or salad bowl. Previous guests must have served from the pots & pans as there is not 1 large bowl.Access information for property is only received a half hour prior to check in. The key pad lock is a bit wonky. I think if the owner communicated to cleaning service to do a better job and replaces bed linens & pillows, this could be a five star property.

Our family had a great visit to Waynesville and this house was perfect! Very spacious, and clean! It is located with a few minutes of downtown Waynesville which was perfect. I would recommend this house to any of my family or friends.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! All of the rooms were so nice and the beds were comfy! We stayed here and then drove to Cataloochee the next day, so the cabin isn't far at all from from the ski resort. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. PS The hot tub was lovely!

Beautiful Home

This home was great and had plenty of space. Loved the fact that it had extra trash bags, soap at all the sinks, and plenty of towels. Will definitely stay here again.

Would Absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house in a great location. This house has the perfect layout with no wasted space. We had 5 adult couples and plenty of room for everyone. Saving this house for our trip back next year!

Perfect place for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We really loved the hot tub. My kids had such a blast in it. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a park down the street. This place is about a 12-15 minute walk from downtown Waynesville, which makes it a nice and convenient location.

Last Minute Accommodations

With a last minute schedule change we were able to reserve this house for a night. The house met our needs and we enjoyed the accommodations. The communication was outstanding with the information needed. The house was large and we all had our own bedroom. I wound definitely stay here again.

The home was fairly clean…the furniture was stained one of the beds needed repair there were several other repairs that needed to be seen to like missing towel ring showers curtains off of the bar water damage at the showers etc., the hot tub was unusable. The host responded but nothing was done regarding the hot tub we were unable to use it our entire stay. The electronic door lock stopped working about three days into our stay. Thankfully there was a key in a lockbox. Which leads me to believe that the problem was not something new. Future stays at this property will not be happening for our family.

Our family needed a place to stay last minute due to a family emergency. Eric was prompt, and accommodating! The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Clean and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping.

Friends getaway

8 adults and 4 children stayed comfortably in this home. Neighbors are closer than I would have liked but the house was great. King size beds were comfortable, queen size not so much. Overall, would stay again. Didn’t like the camera near the hot tub. Felt like we were being watched but I’m sure the camera is for safety reasons. Owner communicates well and even let us check in a little early.

Family Wedding Weekend

We were in the Waynesville area for a close family friend’s wedding. Eric the owner of the VRBO did an exceptional job in communicating with me on every step of our three day stay in Waynesville. From the initial rental, to the Precheck-in process, to the recommendations for things to do and where to dine, and the final checkout. We were very happy with the home and our rental choice. The home was extremely comfortable, clean, well stocked and in a great location to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this home as we will definitely be staying there on our future stays in the Waynesville area.
