Lake Winnipesaukee can be viewed from every room and access to the outdoors is easy as all entrances are ground level. Includes a screened in porch & beautiful deck with a gas grill.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all window treatments and shut off the hot water switch in the exterior closet.
Shut off air conditioning.
Lower monitor heating system to 56 degrees. Shut off all electric heat thermostats.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family been enjoying Samoset and the Lake Winnipesaukee region for more than 40 years. It is our "happy place" like so many others who spend time here. Come visit to experience the outdoors and serenity of this beautiful region.

Samoset is a true resort with a range of activities to satisfy the entire family. In the warm months, enjoy the rolling green lawns, sandy beach, and two pools complete with chaise lounges and picnic tables, tennis courts and clubhouse with ping-pong table. Family friendly Gunstock Mountain Resort is only 3 miles away featuring a zip-line and adventure park. Weirs Beach and Tilton Shopping Outlets are also close by.
