This is the second time we have stayed at this property. My family absolutely loves it. There is so much to keep the grandkids occupied at the house. We love tubing down the river and going to the pool and mineral pools in town. Such a great place to vacation

The property and home were beautiful and well laid out to have many family members have a great time. We had some minor issues with not enough laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher liquid. However, this home was great and if we ever come back to Lava, this will be the home we stay at!

Great place for a large family! Lots of space and activities for everyone. Convenient location for all the fun activities in the area, but still nice and quiet too. We stayed in the neighboring home on a prior trip, both are great and will continue to be our top choice when in the area.

Lava Hot Springs family vacation

Loved the house! There was enough rooms for our 6 couples and enough beds for 7 children without them having to sleep on the floor. The location was great! It was close enough to float the river and go swimming, and those who wanted to stay behind or come back early could do so because the location was close but not right in town.

We had an amazing time at this property for our family reunion. Great space for a large group. Each family had their own space and several common areas for activities. Very clean and host was attentive to questions. Quick drive to lava hot springs locations. I would recommend 100%!!

Incredible house!!! We were there on a girls trip. The house was very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The response time was so fast for any questions we had. Everything was ready to go including the fire pit and hot tub. I highly recommend this amazing home!

Fabulous place to stay

This home is not only beautiful it is also comfortable and has everything you could need for the perfect vacation spot. It is close to town, very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Lots of fun activities to do, a great movie room with lots of great options to watch and fun games to play. This house has something for everyone. We will definitely be going back next year and the years after that.

The property was great, clean, comfortable and homey, lots of rooms and we would gladly come back again. We really like all the game options inside and outside! We were never bored. Always something to do.

Great place to stay with a large group. Well equipped to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Met the needs of small children and adults. Very responsive to our needs. We had a very positive experience.

Lava Hot Springs Getaway

Loved, loved, loved, this house and property. It is by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at. Has everything you could want for a large family we had 20 people and never felt crowded. Our kids and grandkids loved the pickleball/ basketball court and the putting green. You cannot go wrong with staying at this house we will definitely stay again. It is so close to everything in town.

Perfect family Reunion

We couldn’t have had a better experience in Lava Hot Springs. It was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing. It was everything we could have wanted and more. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with so much to do. The location was beautiful and we would 100% come back to this house in the future!

Perfect for family reunion

Super clean. Lots of open space. We had 18 for our reunion and never felt crowded. Lots of fun was had on the pickle ball court. Would totally go again.

Lava’s best

I debated not giving this home a review just so I could keep this home a secret. Hands down, this was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. The home is beautiful! The furnishings are amazing! Everyone in our group kept talking about how comfortable their beds were. The gathering spaces are perfect for a large group. The host was so responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home - Best Location - Great amenities

We have stayed at a lot of places but this home was our favorite! The house was beautiful and there were so much for my grandkids to do from toddlers to teenagers. The house was well stocked with everything you would need (even beach towels). We loved the theatre room and pickle ball court. The kitchen was the best and had plenty of room for everyone to eat together, Huge refrigerator and also one in garage. Great location and close to town. The Host was great to work with! Would definitely come back to this beautiful home!

Great place to stay and close to town!

We are a group of 10 who have been coming to Lava Hot Springs for over 20 years and have stayed in various hotels, cabins and houses. This house by far has been our favorite and we will definitely be coming here again. There is plenty of space to move around, the beds are so comfy, and the whole place is beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed playing games on the large table, watching movies and playing pool and ping pong in the play room. We all said how much we would enjoy bringing our families to enjoy this lovely place. The responses were quick and the rules were clear. We are so appreciative of having this beautiful home to enjoy our vacation in.

Getaway in Lava Hot Springs

The house is beautiful with so much space and super clean! The bunk room and theater rooms were great for the kids. The hot tub was nice and big, but was pretty dirty and foamy when we arrived. The hot tub maintenance guy came around 3PM the second day, so we missed out on two days of hot tubbing. Overall, great experience and would stay again, but target starting our stay on Thursday to allow the weekly hot tub maintenance to already be completed.

The host had horrible communication. Asked questions prior to check in with no response. Upon arrival we found that the controllers for the game system were broken so we reached out and once again received no response. We arrived back to the house after a day out to find that the key pad battery was dead so luckily they responded to my brother and gave him the code to the garage door. They said someone would be out that day to replace the batteries but no one arrived. That evening my brother and his wife went out and arrived back to the house to find that the keypad for the garage had also died so they were locked out and had to wake up my mom to get into the house. The owner said that they’d give a 100 refund for the inconvenience but after 3 weeks that hasn’t happened. The yard was so full of weeds that I ended up pulling a ton of them just so that I could enjoy time out on the patio. We had a baby with us and he continued to find beads and other garbage from previous guests under the couch so luckily we were all watching him to prevent chocking. If you do opt to stay at this house I’d also recommend bringing a loud sound machine otherwise you’ll be woke up by the train horn over and over again all night long.

The house is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. The amenities were fun to use and everyone enjoyed themselves. It's not far from all the activities you will want to do in Lava. No issues with the host or with the property. We will stay here again!
