Cottage was clean and comfortable, and a/c was much appreciated! Cleaners were not finished when we arrived (we were not early), so we had to wait to gain access. Kitchen is minimally stocked. There were many flies at the garbage bins, and they got in the cottage every time we opened the doors.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you found the cottage clean and comfortable, and that the A/C was appreciated during your stay. I sincerely apologize for the delay at check-in — we’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again. As for the kitchen and garbage situation, thank you for bringing it to our attention. Many guests enjoy seafood here in PEI, and since garbage collection is every two weeks, it can sometimes attract flies. We are planning to relocate the bins to a farther location to reduce this issue in the future. Your comments help us improve, and we truly value them. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
