Glad you enjoyed the property and beautiful elk (wish I had something to do with them showing up).
The host Mary was always fast to communicate when booking and during the stay with any questions. The cabin provides a great view of the mountains. Overall recommend this quite and relaxing cabin and amazing host.
This was a beautiful home tucked away at the end of the street with lots of privacy! Wonderful communication with Mary! We would definitely recommend it highly!
Mary was a great host. She was quick to respond and any instructions given were very clear. We had a few hiccups on our end and Mary was very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the seeing the elk. The house was comfortable and well stocked, with the fireplace being our favorite amenity.

Glad we could provide a nice place to stay for your parents.
This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Tucked away in the mountains, it offered the perfect balance of peace, comfort, and stunning natural beauty. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to fresh mountain air and breathtaking views was unforgettable, and evenings by the fire made it feel extra special. It was the ideal place to unplug, unwind, and make lasting memories. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a true mountain escape.
This cabin was much more than we had hoped for. Everything was very nice and was stocked with a lot of things that most rentals do not have. We will definitely book again. Mary was an exceptional host. Enjoyed our stay here.

Thank you very much for thoughtful review. Hope to host you again.
This property was amazingly cozy perfect for me and my daughter, my dog love the backyard, we built a fire every night and the beds were so comfortable, a lot of thought went into this cabin everything you need and more. Very clean and the view was nice as well on the big porch. We also seen plenty of elk at the beginning of the driveway in evening. I would definitely come back !

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The elk are just beautiful animals. I’m glad they visited during your stay!
We absolutely loved our stay and will book again. It’s a great end of road location with the perfect yard for our four legged babies and a great deck with views! The house itself was awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. We will be booking again in the future for sure!
I enjoyed my vacation in this cozy cabin, and everything was my expectation or more, but I had a note about the trees in front of the balcony blocking the beautiful views on the other side of the mountains
What a view! We enjoyed this rental very much and hope to return again soon! The yard was perfect for our fur babies whom had a wonderful time chomping sticks. We were visited twice by a wondering elk and it was awesome to watch him glide amongst the trees! The accommodations were perfect.
Cozy, private, and secure property nestled in the middle of the Maggie Valley hills. Our labradoodles loved the fenced in area and back porch. We are in our 70s and we encountered no issues for us.

Thank you for choosing our cabin for your stay! Glad you enjoyed it.
Home was very welcoming. Clean, great location. Owner was AMAZING with reaching out asking if we needed anything. Had elks vistors every day alone with other wild life. Will stay there again. Just a note on road to home, it is a rough road with many potholes. Nothing to do with owner.
End of road extremely private. Lots of lovely plants and fully fenced yard. Our dachshund made a rabbit buddy…The porch overlooked beautiful mountains. Cabin was well equipped with comfortable furniture and plenty of room. Beds were super, too. Owner was very responsive through the entire reservation process and visit. We absolutely loved it. We are regular visitors for a month each year to Maggie Valley and this was our best place. Thank you, Mary!
