Large beautiful home in the historic Indian Ridge Estates neighborhood , has plenty of space, nice outside area, pool is not heated so will be cold in the winter months. close to great hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, & Mt. Lemmon. No pets and no children with this listing.
The space:
Please keep in mind; that this is my home, not a hotel. It is my primary residence that I am renting out temporarily. I love the home, my wonderful neighbors, and the neighborhood. I ask that you please respect my home and take care of it. I have put a lot of effort into furnishing it with comforts and amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Upon check out, please leave the house as you found it: wash your dishes and leave the kitchen tidy, and take care not to stain the towels. If you damage or break something, let us know so we can replace or repair it for our next guests. We appreciate your consideration and hope that you enjoy your stay.

Full access to house except the garage.
There is a guesthouse with its own driveway to the left of the house, just don't park in that gravel driveway, need to use the paved driveway which is around the back side of the house. The house sits on a corner and the paved driveway is around the right side of the home.
Other things to note:
No pets are allowed there are others who stay in this home at times who have severe pet allergies. My other listing allows pets. No smoking or vaping allowed.
