Beautiful family retreat

Very large waterfront home located on 4 private acres. Two sixty foot decks overlook beautiful Androscoggin Lake and the Wayne yacht club. All bedrooms have a queen size beds with lots of room for additional sleeping. Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and large dining area for great family meals. Family room includes large TV and pool table. Dock and kayaks are available and ski boat available for an additional charge.

My husband and I built this home in 2009 to accommodate or growing family. We have 3 grown children, who each now has a child of there own. We love having the whole family enjoy our home and Androscoggin Lake. My husband has lived on the lake his entire life and we couldn't think of a nicer place to spend the summer.
