Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We absolutely loved our stay! The location was amazing, the place was spotless, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You really can’t beat the location, especially for the price! Such a great value all around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice place for a couple to stay near downtown. You will still need to Uber to Broadway if that’s where you want to go but it’s very inexpensive given the short distance. Also know that the property is behind another house with access off the alleyway. I felt safe and it is well lit but always good to keep situational awareness when returning after midnight. Overall, great little place and I would definitely recommended it. I would stay there again!

The property was great; nicely laid out and very neat and clean. I didn't have any communication with the ownwer during my stay, but there was no need to. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I had another meeting in Nashville, which I am sure I will at some point.

Great location and property. Excellent value! Communication was great. We did have a bit of an issue locating the back of the parking area, but the host responded almost immediately.
