This unit was renovated in 2011.. Upgraded with tile floors and granite countertops and maple cabinets. Furnished with Balinese Wicker and Rattan furniture throughout, it has a wonderful tropical flavor.

With a great Kingsize bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room (two to four people are very comfortable). Less than 100 steps to Kamaole II, Kihei's best white sandy beach (there is a lifeguard and bathroom facilities there).

There is a peekaboo ocean view from our lanai (balcony).
Air conditioned (in both the main living area as well as a separate ac unit in the bedroom which is rare for this complex) and fully-equipped for all your needs, even beach chairs, sun umbrella, and a cooler for your use. The condo is kept in immaculate condition. For Internet access we have a high speed modem (with a cable or WiFi) so bring your laptop and log on or plug in to our high speed modem for free! .

Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular and well liked condo. It's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer.

You will be very happy and comfortable here. It's a great place to get the most out of your Maui vacation!!

'We just returned from a week in Maui, staying at this great condo. It was very clean and quite attractive. It's just steps away from restaurants and shops and of course a lovely beach. The condo is equipped with most anything you'll need (beach chairs, big fluffy beach towels, boogie board. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, sharing our breakfast with the francolins (quail-type birds) that periodically canvas the grounds of the complex. Kihei Beach Condo

Spent a week for Spring Break from San Diego. The unit was just as described, it was in a prime location directly across from the beach and within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and other beaches and necessities. The owners were extremely communicative and prompt to respond with any questions we had. The unit is well stocked with everything that you would need for a beach vacation.

Excellent location next to the beach

We had a wonderful week in Kihei. The lovely apartment is so close to the beach, nice shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. And the condo itself has everything you can think of. It's a definite recommendation. We would love to come back!

Property is great proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amenities provided for the condo were very nice. Only negative is Building 2 location is very loud as it is right next to the neighbor commercial property with delivery trucks coming in at early hours. Overall nice stay.

Perfect central location

We had a lovely stay at Michelle and Jeff's condo. The unit was exactly as described and in great condition. It took us awhile to find the air conditioner in the living room, but honestly throughout the afternoon we hardly needed it with the trade winds going through. The unit had so many appreciated extras - beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, dvds, games, puzzles, books! We used the community pool and bbqs during our stay, and there was even free starfruit at the front desk from the tree out front. Michelle and Jeff were great to communicate with and I very much appreciated their hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Best spot on Maui

We really love staying in Kihei. It's a central location to check out all of Maui. This location is great for walking to shops/restaurants and beaches. Perfect to have a/c in the bedroom which is rare. Spot provided beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas so no need to rent them. Would definitely try to stay here again when in Kihei.

Easynto get to everything!

Unit was small but perfectly fine for 2 people and nicely equipped. One small issue ( broken hairdryer) was dealt with quickly. Everything within walking distance or since it is centrally located, an easy drive. I would stay there again!

Everything to relax

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Except for the roosters waking us up in the early morning, it was a quiet property. Walking to restaurants and shopping was convenient. The condo had everything you would need for a day at the beach. We would gladly stay at this property again.

This unit across the road from the beach was a great place to stay - with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and all sorts of gear for the beach - all in a quiet complex. Not really an ocean view but it's very close to one of the best beaches in Maui. Would definitely stay here again !

Great place in Kihei!

This was our third time staying at this condo and hope to return again. Its very clean and nicely upgraded. It's such a great location in the complex, and can see a little bit of the ocean. The condo is right across the street from a nice beach! The condo has all the things that you would need to have fun at the beach. We have two young kids (6 and 8) and it was perfect for us.

GREAT location!

The property itself was clean and perfect for what we needed! The hosts provided everything we needed for fun on the beach. It was great not having to travel with the essentials-chairs, beach towels, etc. The location made our stay THAT much better! I’m really not sure if it can be beat ;) The beach is literally across the street and we were within walking distance of some great restaurants and a convenience store. We highly recommend the cinnamon roll place. Plus we were able to easily access other parts if the island.

Takes a minute to get the layout of the buildings and facilities but it's in a great spot. Make sure you understand the ski locker and ski to the lift situation. It's much more convenient. Overall, it's a great little spot and any questions I had were answered immediately. I'd definitely stay here again!

Mother Daughter trip

This place was perfect for our first visit to Hawaii. Location was perfect. Space was clean. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV in the living room, but really didn’t even need it since we were always doing something. Also, we learned on the last day that if you want a good beach day you have to get there before 11am because it gets really windy in the afternoon. The beach was 1 minute away, and lovely! Would stay here again!

Lovely Condo!

This home-away-from-home was great. We stayed here five weeks Feb to March 2019. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The kitchen is well-equipped...all the appliances and the washer/dryer worked well. There are a lot of beach chairs, a big umbrella and lots of boggie board and other beach paraphernalia...as well as insulated lunch bags and a hard-sided cooler. Really, it’s got everything you need. The property as a whole is well-maintained and the pool is large and very appealing. And, of course, it’s right across from the beach! I have no hesitation in recommending it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again!! Cathy and Doug

Why they chose this property

South Kihei and specifically the Kihei Kai Nani has been our vacation destination for the last 10 years. The location of this complex does not get any better ---- across the street from the Ocean (arguably some of Maui's best beaches!!) yet within walking distance of all amenities including restaurants, grocery stores, board shops to rent snorkling gear/surfboards etc...

What makes this property unique

The complex is kept in pristine condition with beautiful grounds and pool area. The long sandy beaches along Kamaole beach park are perfect to spend lazy days by the beach or walk in either direction for miles......Kamaole 2 beach across from the complex has lifeguards on duty and the beach and surf are gentle for family swimming/snorkling.
Rentals Maui Inc. is our chosen property manager on Maui. Should you have any needs while on island they are moments away to assist you.
