About this space

You will feel right at home in our basement floor apartment. Minutes from downtown Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Walnut Creek Amphitheater is 5 mins away. NCSU is 10 mins away. PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, Lincoln theater, the Ritz music venue and NC State Fairgrounds are all a short drive away. It is a 20-minute drive to RDU international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families and friends (with kids and pets).

Guest access

There are outdoor common areas you are welcomed to use. Sit at the pond and meditate, enjoy either the wood burning fire pit or the propane fire pit. Chat with the neighbors under the covered porch.

We have several cats who live at the Manor. They do not go into the units, but you will see them on the property. Feel free to check out their pictures to learn their names.

Great place to stay

Very clean with all the amenities. Very close to wherever you want to go but still is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again.

The most surprising thing to us was the supplies already there! Antacids, qtips, coffee, and many more. It saved us a lot of shopping and extra costs. The place was welcoming, clean and easily accessed. I do wish there were a small luggage rack to set my luggage off the floor. Getting up and down can sometimes be difficult for me. I highly recommend staying here. Lovely apartment.

There's no place like home to shares

The property was so incredibly pleasing inside and out everything you could need was there and we did try to pay it forward and leave some things post was most excellent seeing the kitty cats was a real treat can't say enough good things. Was able to play cornhole with the rest of my family we visited and enjoy the location will definitely want to come back

Wonderful place

Our weekend stay here was nothing short of amazing. The house was more than what was expected. It was thoroughly clean and stocked with anything you may need. The beds and sheets, amazing, made you want to not get out the bed! Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!
