This was perfect for our needs. We brought the family pet for NC State Parent and Family Weekend. The location was an easy drive to campus and certainly had anything and everything that we needed. The unit is nicely decorated and the back patio and fire pit are a nice touch. Kate is extremely responsive anytime you have a question. We plan to return often over the next several years while my oldest daughter is at NC State for college and graduate school.

Beautiful space. Welcoming property. So many amenities and touches to make you feel at home 10 minutes from downtown. We really enjoyed the fire pit. Good vibes all around

Great place to stay

Very clean with all the amenities. Very close to wherever you want to go but still is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again.

Cute spot, decorated to be warm and cozy. Everything was clean and well stocked with a few things to get you started. Really appreciate the hosts communication. She was very responsive when we had trouble with the keyless entry.

There's no place like home to shares

The property was so incredibly pleasing inside and out everything you could need was there and we did try to pay it forward and leave some things post was most excellent seeing the kitty cats was a real treat can't say enough good things. Was able to play cornhole with the rest of my family we visited and enjoy the location will definitely want to come back

Wonderful place

Our weekend stay here was nothing short of amazing. The house was more than what was expected. It was thoroughly clean and stocked with anything you may need. The beds and sheets, amazing, made you want to not get out the bed! Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

The most surprising thing to us was the supplies already there! Antacids, qtips, coffee, and many more. It saved us a lot of shopping and extra costs. The place was welcoming, clean and easily accessed. I do wish there were a small luggage rack to set my luggage off the floor. Getting up and down can sometimes be difficult for me. I highly recommend staying here. Lovely apartment.

The property was clean, the communication with the host could not have been better. There was a small issue with the AC, however, the host was right over to check on it and continued to communicate to be sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again!
