House was beautiful. Great for kiddos and family. Communication with Spencer was great. We had an issue (something out of Spencer’s hands) and he had people to the house quick to help!

Perfect Vacation in Dubuque

I traveled to Dubuque for my son's college graduation. While enroute, the host called to tell me there was an issue with the pool table and he was getting it fixed ASAP. Honestly? I didn’t even KNOW there was one! I arrived to find my son and his teammates playing pool, some in the spa, playing Frisbee on the HUGE property, and just relaxing. The house was very well appointed, plenty of rum to be together (or not). The sauna was PERFECT after a long day of graduation activities!! The host was amazing, the neighbors were terrific. Everything was within 10 minutes. I'll be back!!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend at Ru's Farm, and it was truly perfect in every way. Staying on the property wasn’t just beautiful—it was incredibly convenient, especially with all the moving parts of a wedding weekend. The house is spacious (even with vendors coming and going), and the views from the deck and back patio are stunning.The entire property is kept in pristine condition—it’s clear how much care goes into maintaining it. If you're a bride or groom getting married at Ru's Farm, staying here is an absolute MUST. It made our weekend so much smoother and more special.Kristen, the host, was amazing—extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to complement such a meaningful weekend. Highly recommend!
